  • You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 minutes without giving any reason for doing so.
  • The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 minutes from the time you place the order.
  • In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
  • You can inform us of your decision by e-mailing hitesh@dreamsmerchant.com.
  • We will reimburse you no later than 2 days from the day on which we receive the payment. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
  • If we cannot complete the process the entire amount will be refunded immediately.
  • No cancellation or refund request will be accepted once issuance of the Legal Entity Identifier Code.
  • The refund period as detailed under the GLEIF RA Governance Framework will be honoured appropriately.
